I have over 20 years of expertise as a passionate and dedicated trauma counsellor. In our work together, you will experience compassionate and trauma-informed support, integrating the somatic wisdom of the body as a resource for healing. Each person is unique, and each session will be tailored to your needs with personalized counselling approaches.

In-Person Counselling
The office is located in Victoria for those who prefer the connection and containment of in-person counselling within private office sessions.
Walking Counselling
There is a safe, scenic nature path next to the office that offers access to the support of nature and movement as part of the therapeutic process for walking counselling sessions.
Virtual Counselling
Sessions are held via a secure video platform for those who prefer the comfort and convenience of virtual counselling sessions. Virtual sessions are available for those in Victoria and across BC.
Counselling rates are$160.00 for the 60 minute session of your choice.
Payment is due at the end of the session. I accept both cash and e-transfer for my sessions. I will offer a receipt with my credentials for clients to be reimbursed through their own extended health.
CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program) approved
As a Registered Social Worker, my services are covered by many of the extended health benefit plans. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm your coverage.
